Our pricing is based on a maximum of two guests for optimal comfort. If you plan to bring a third guest, please contact us in advance so we can discuss any potential adjustments to the pricing and ensure the apartment is ready for everyone's comfort.

For stays longer than 1 month, we are happy to provide a formal rental agreement to meet any documentation needs for tax or employer purposes. Just let us know in advance, and we'll prepare everything for you.

To guarantee your booking, we require a €200 deposit. Once paid, you will receive a confirmation email, and your reservation will be fully secured. The remaining balance is due the day before check-in at latest.

Yes! You can park your vehicle in the paid public parking area near the apartment. It's convenient and easily accessible.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We aim to make your arrival and departure smooth and easy, so please reach out if you need to arrange a different time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
