If you would like to return an item to Magic Brew, you must contact us first.
Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified, which could either prolong or nullify your refund. We want to ensure a smooth return process, and your cooperation is essential.
Returned product(s) will undergo a thorough inspection and evaluation before we issue a refund. To ensure your refund is received and processed appropriately and in a timely manner, please follow the exact directions provided by our customer service team.

Magic Brew is not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Mis-Routed, or Undelivered shipments, or those seized by Customs.
If a shipment is returned to us as Undelivered, you may either receive a full refund for the products ordered, minus the shipment costs and a 3% processing fee, OR we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee. Please note that this policy does not apply to Refused Packages. Refer to the Refused Packages section below for more details.
Open food items and/or supplements that have been opened or have a broken seal cannot be returned.
Items returned to us after 45 days from the initial purchase date and/or without prior contact with Magic Brew will NOT be eligible for a refund.
Magic Brew is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by customers online. Duplicate orders are subject to all the guidelines outlined in the Return Policy.
If you receive a package and are contemplating refusing it for any reason other than damage to the package, please consider accepting it and contacting us immediately. This will allow us to process the return appropriately.
Refusing a package will result in a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount of this fee will be determined by the shipping agent. By refusing your package, you accept responsibility for paying this return fee.
If you refuse a package because of obvious damage to the package or its contents, you will not be charged for the cost of return shipping. In such cases, we can either refund the cost of the entire order or reship a new package to you at no additional cost.
Please contact us immediately if you refuse a package so that we are aware it is on its way back to us.
PLEASE NOTE: Refused shipments/packages have occasionally been lost in the return process and may not be returned to our warehouse. If you refuse your shipment, and it does not return to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.
Perishable Items/Unwanted Items:
If you intend to return any unwanted items, please contact us immediately.
Items returned to us after 45 days of purchase and without prior contact with Magic Brew will NOT be eligible for a refund.
Perishable or unwanted items MUST be unopened, and the seal must be completely intact for refunds to be issued. No exceptions will be made.
Any qualifying unwanted perishable or unwanted item may be returned for a refund of the original cost of the item, minus a 3% processing fee and minus the original shipping cost.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the unwanted item back to us.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a 3% processing fee for returned items.
If you receive a defective product, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. We will arrange for the defective product to be returned to us at no additional shipping cost to you.
All returns MUST be received at our Warehouse within 45 days of the initial purchase date.
We are unable to offer ANY refunds for products returned to us past 45 days. No Exceptions.
